Ted Pease Certified as a Specialist in Estates and Trusts Law

On November 28, 2006 the Law Society of Upper Canada appointed Ted Pease as a Law Society of Upper Canada Certified Specialist in Estates and Trusts Law, becoming the 24th such specialist in the Province and only the second in South-Western Ontario to receive this designation.

Ted's recognition as a Certified Specialist in Estates and Trusts Law comes after years of experience in this area and a rigorous approvals process administered by the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Ted welcomes referrals in his areas of specialty.

Born and raised in Brantford, Ontario, Ted Pease was called to the Bar in 1979. Ted was the managing partner of a six lawyer North York law firm for over ten years before establishing his own Richmond Hill, Ontario law firm in 1995.

On August 1, 2001 Ted purchased the practice of Bob McIntosh in Brantford, Ontario to form McIntosh & Pease, Barristers and Solicitors. The firm operates two offices: one in Brantford and a second office in Richmond Hill to service clients across the GTA and region.
